Frank, I wanted to add to your customer testimonial page so that perhaps my words will make potential new customers feel confident that they are dealing with the best in the business. As you know, I called you immediately following my visit to the cemetery when I discovered that my Mom's marker had been placed by the cemetery staff. As I told you, I had been there the weekend before and was a little disappointed that it hadn't yet been placed because Christmas was coming and I had really hoped to have it in place for when my family visits with flowers. I was also getting concerned that the cold weather was setting in and that we may hit a delay of a few months because of the frozen ground, etc. But anyway, I was overjoyed when I visited that day and saw that it was in place. It was as beautiful as the proof you sent me and it was heartwarming to know I had come through for my Mom. And coming through for her was so much easier with you guiding the process.
